OldCities was invited by Backstage Creations to be the Jewelry Designer participating in their Celebrity Retreat Room for the 2003 MTV Music Video Awards in New York City.

In the retreat room, OldCities met and gave gifts of the rare Ellensburg Blue gemstones set into 14K gold rings, pendants and earrings.
