Shipping Information:

We pack and ship according to industry guidelines. We are professionals and it may cost a bit more as we are dealing with unique treasures that have been loved and cared for throughout many decades. It is worth the small extra cost to ship them carefully. We advertise our shipping costs in each item description.

Because of their great customer service, we have decided to ship with FedEx. For international shipments we use FedEx International Priority. All APO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

The minimum shipping cost is $9.75 though many small items can be grouped in the same package for the same price. This minimum has been calculated as our actual average cost to ship a small package via expedited Fedex. We also have an overnight option that cost $15.95 via Fedex within the U.S. Insurance is required, please see below.

If you provide a P.O. Box only, or if you have a problem with FedEx, we will ship via the Post Office with a delivery confirmation.

All international shipments are shipped via FedEx International Priority. International customers should be aware of custom fees and holding times before purchasing items.

  • All items purchased with Visa/MC, money order, cashier's check or bank card are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.


  • Shipping and insurance fees are not credited on returns.

Privacy Statement:

All information received will be kept confidential. Your privacy is very important to us, therefore no information will be shared with any other individuals or companies. We accept credit cards through a secure and encrypted web site.

Insurance:

Insurance is required on all shipments. We self insure all our shipments, just like UPS and Mailboxes, Etc. and we charge the following rates:

$1,000 - $1,099 $13.50
     


Each additional $100 item costs adds an additional $1.00 in insurance.

We pay legitimized claims if Fedex loses a shipment. Fedex picks up shipments each day and they are scanned here in Ellensburg and then they are scanned when they are delivered. If they are lost or stolen in shipment we pay the full cost of the goods as long as a police report is filed and you have been denied homeowners and/or loss and theft insurance from your credit card carrier. If Fedex claims to have delivered the parcel, your homeowners insurance or credit card insurance must cover it as we can not insure a shipment that has become your property.

Our Guarantee:

  • We sell estate merchandise and we are happy to accept returns for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, for store credit if you are dissatisfied for any reason.


  • We are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise.


  • All returns must be authorized by email and be accompanied by copies of all shipping documents as well as the return authorization email.


  • If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped as soon as possible after the authorization, never beyond 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Condition and Date Information:

All of our items are from estates, that does not necessarily mean that they are all antique. A 90 year old woman who had been collecting jewelry all her life may have received a gift from a relative or friend a few weeks prior to her passing. An estate will include pieces from childhood and from later years. If we have date information we try to provide it in the description. Please remember that all the great styles have been reproduced, check the weight of our vintage pieces against the weight of the reproductions offered by QVC and other mass retailers.

Condition:

Mint or Pristine:
No scratches, little wear, almost new or old-new stock. Perhaps never worn, a gift someone did not like.

Excellent:
Used but not abused, perhaps small, light scratches but no marring defects. We do not "buff out" our pieces, we try to purchase only those items from good families who loved and appreciated their jewelry.

Great, Good, Fine:
There may be a tiny chip from the stone, a light gouge from the gold or silver. These things often add character to a piece, usually caused by an unfortunate accident, perhaps a jeweler over-tightening a stone, or using the wrong tool on the precious gold.


Shipping Damage:

If a shipment is damaged by Fedex, we will handle any claims through our office.
